2. Products and Availability

  • Product Description: We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitors and screens, slight differences in color may occur.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.
  • Custom Products: Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are displayed in AED and exclude applicable taxes.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments and cash on delivery payments.
  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Meera is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for international orders.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: Meera is not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. If an issue occurs, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving it with the courier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized items and sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Process: Refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection. Refunds will exclude original shipping fees.
  • International Returns: Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Use of Crystals

  • Natural Crystals: Each crystal included in our products is 100% natural, ethically sourced, and energized with Reiki by Master Reiki practitioner Kim Oberoi. Slight variations in shape, size, and color are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Care Instructions: The crystals are removable and come with a care guide to ensure longevity. Meera is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Meera. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
