Eligibility for Returns

1.     Bikinis: Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we only accept returns or exchanges for bikinis under the following conditions:

o   The bikini is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

o   All original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging are intact.

o   The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

2.     Cover-Ups: Cover-ups are eligible for return or exchange if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. They must also be returned within 14 days of delivery.

3.     Items Excluded from Returns:

o   Customized or personalized bikinis or cover-ups.

o   Bikinis or cover-ups purchased on sale or during promotional events.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for bikinis and cover-ups, provided the requested size is available. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

1.     Submit a Request: To initiate a return or exchange, email our customer service team at info@meeraswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.     Approval and Return Label: Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return label for your convenience.

3.     Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified of approval or rejection within 5 business days.

4.     Refund or Exchange:

o   Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

o   Exchanges will be shipped within 1-3 business days, subject to availability.

Important Notes

• Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
• For international returns, shipping costs may apply, depending on your location.
• Refunds exclude the original shipping cost.
  
  

International Shipping and Returns

We proudly offer international shipping at a flat rate of 85 AED (approximately 22 Euros). Should you need to exchange or return your item, a return fee of 100 AED (around 25 Euros) will apply. To ensure a hassle-free process, our courier will contact you directly to schedule the collection of your package at your convenience. At Meera, we strive to make your shopping and return experience seamless, wherever you are in the world.

Please note that international shipping fees do not include any potential customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the appropriate customs or delivery service. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
