Eligibility for Returns

1. Bikinis: Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we only accept returns or exchanges for bikinis under the following conditions:

o The bikini is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

o All original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging are intact.

o The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

2. Cover-Ups: Cover-ups are eligible for return or exchange if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. They must also be returned within 14 days of delivery.

3. Items Excluded from Returns:

o Customized or personalized bikinis or cover-ups.

o Bikinis or cover-ups purchased on sale or during promotional events.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for bikinis and cover-ups, provided the requested size is available. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

1. Submit a Request: To initiate a return or exchange, email our customer service team at info@meeraswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval and Return Message: Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email and our delivery team will get in touch with you to collect the package at your location.

3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified of approval or rejection within 5 business days.

4. Refund or Exchange:

o Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

o Exchanges will be shipped within 1-3 business days, subject to availability.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
For international returns, shipping costs may apply, depending on your location.

Yes! All Meera crystals are removable, allowing you to customize your bikini as you wish. Each bikini comes with its own unique, Reiki-attuned crystal, but you can explore and purchase additional crystals from our website to match your mood or style.

Can the crystals go rusty?

Our crystals are crafted with anti-rust materials to ensure durability. However, they are still delicate jewelry pieces. If exposed to pool or seawater, we recommend rinsing them with fresh water and drying them carefully. Follow the detailed care instructions provided in your Meera bikini box for optimal longevity.

How can I take care of my bikini and my crystals?

To maintain the beauty and durability of your Meera bikini and crystals, we recommend hand washing only with cold water and dry avoiding direct sunlight exposure. Detailed care guidelines are included in the card you’ll receive with your purchase to help you care for your items like treasures.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity for the crystals?

Yes, each Meera bikini comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, verifying the natural origin of the crystal, its double-terminated cut, and its Reiki attunement. This certificate, along with a care guide, ensures your bikini remains as vibrant and timeless as the day you receive it.
